Request a ReScore
A ReScore shows the concern resolution process a dealer took to solve a customer's issue. When a dealer receives a score of 4 or below, they can reach out to the customer to resolve their concerns. After the dealer addresses the concerns, they can ask the customer to fill out another survey by sending them a ReScore. The ReScore will replace the low score rating and show alongside the original review. Please follow the following steps to request a ReScore.
1. Respond to a Customer's review
2. After Resolving the customer's concern, send them a ReScore Request
Please note that you need to respond to the review before being able to send a ReScore. Once you send the ReScore, the customer will receive an email asking them to fill it out.
How a completed ReScore looks
The ReScore rating will replace the original score.
