RO Data Flow

The following is the RO data flow process from extraction to delivery.

1. HAEA extracts RO records and applies approved business rules to determine HCR eligibility.
2. HAEA sends a data feed to SureCritic approximately two (2) business days after RO closes.
3. HAEA supplements any good RO records that don’t include an email address with email addresses provided by customers from sources such as MyHyundai.com.
4. SureCritic emails the HCR invitations to all eligible customers.
5. Reminder emails are sent three (3) days after the initial invitations. 
6. HCR links expire 30 days after the initial invitations.
