RDR Data Flow

The following is the RDR data flow process from extraction to delivery. 

1. HAEA extracts RDR records and applies approved business rules to determine HSR eligibility.
2. HAEA sends a data feed to SureCritic approximately seven (7) business days after RDR closes.
3. HAEA supplements any good RO records that don’t include an email address with email addresses provided by customers from sources such as MyHyundai.com.
4. SureCritic emails the HSR invitations to all eligible customers.
5. Reminder emails are sent four (4) days after the initial invitations. 
6. HSR links expire 30 days after the initial invitations.
