Respond to Messages

Respond to every message you receive through HINT. By responding to customer messages, you'll have a chance to resolve any concerns before the customer leaves your dealership or to thank them for coming in. You can respond to them through the mobile app or the dashboard. See the below steps to respond to the customer on your mobile device or your desktop.

How to Respond through the SureCritic for Business mobile app
  1. Open the app on your phone.
  2. In the side menu, select "Messages." 

  3. Click on the message to which you want to respond. 

  4. Type your response to the customer and click send. 

How to Respond through the Dashboard
  1. Click on the "Messages" tab on the blue side menu.

  2. Click on the message to which you want to respond.

  3. Type your response and send it to the customer.
