Allow Users to Publish Responses
Some users can only draft responses and not publish them, as they cannot do so. Users who have admin access will be able to post replies, view reports, and edit business settings. To enable a user to be able to respond, follow the steps below:
- In the blue side menu, go to Settings>Users.
- Click on the pencil icon.
- A box will pop up. Select the "Administrator" checkbox to grant users admin access. The user will now be able to publish their responses.
