HCR Survey Questions

The following screenshots illustrate the full path of questions in HCR 3.0. If a customer rates a Service Category as "Better Than Expected" or below, they move on to the diagnostic questions. 

Non- English-speaking respondents have the option to take the survey in Spanish or Korean via the links at the top of the email invitations.

SureCritic Public Review

After completing HCR, the customer can leave a SureCritic Public Review.

Once the customer submits the review, it will show up on the dealer's business review page.
